TRIA was contracted to provide specialist strategic and planning consultancy services to support LOCOG in creating a structural framework and guide on how to build a Look, Wayfinding and Signage program. The framework had to take into account LOCOG’s operational and planning environment and key lessons learnt from past Games. A comprehensive step-by-step guide was developed on how to establish, operate and deliver a Look, Wayfinding and Signage program on time and to budget.
